In fact it was boring staying in the apartment. The only entertainment we had was watching TV program. Nearby there were shops and mini markets to cater our needs. We could cook our own meals if we did not feel like going out as we really did not need to buy anything. Our job was to be the driver for the couple who need the company of one another, to give moral support to the wife. If they need us ,they would call. That was better for us ,as we did not have to prepare breakfast and meals for them. That went on for another two days.
On Saturday 4th July , my son called to say they were ready to go to the hospital in the afternoon. So, my daughter in law finally was admitted but still in the waiting for sign of labor pain etc. My son accompanied her until the next day in the morning at 9.20 am on 5th July (exactly the due date mentioned). This little baby girl was born ! ! Both mother and daughter were fine alright. Let the new parent get excited having a new member in their life. It is their life.Hope they will learn how to be responsible father and mother. It is their duty to plan their life properly.It won't be easy in the parenting process. We two old parent can only help in certain area and we are not that strong at our age now.
Oh,yes,the baby girl is called Silvia Lee.
